Meet our Board of Directors

Jana is the Founder and President of The Eric L. Miller Outreach and has been a driving force behind the organization’s vision from the beginning. Like a second mother to Eric, she is passionate about creating a safe and supportive place for local youth in his memory. With a background in operations and project management, she helps lead the organization’s growth, planning, and community impact efforts.

Logan serves as the Vice President of The Eric L. Miller Outreach and was a brother to Eric. With a military background, he brings leadership, discipline, and a strong passion for supporting local youth and the community. He is dedicated to helping carry out the organization’s mission and honoring Eric’s legacy through positive impact and mentorship.

Kathryn serves as the Secretary for The Eric L. Miller Outreach, helping support the board through organization, communication, and behind-the-scenes planning. With a background in marketing and business support, she helps keep outreach and fundraising efforts moving forward. She is passionate about creating a positive impact for local youth and honoring Eric’s legacy & impact.

Rhonda Vaughn serves as a Board Member for The Eric L. Miller Outreach and brings both personal passion and lived experience to the organization’s mission. Her son, Landon, was a close friend of Eric, and in his honor she founded Landon’s Legacy, a nonprofit dedicated to carrying forward his memory. Through her work and advocacy, she is committed to supporting youth and strengthening the community through meaningful outreach and remembrance.
